How the guarantee works

For digital tools purchased directly from voidscreen.co, contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Downloading or trying the files does not exclude you from this guarantee.

Request your refund

Email support@voidscreen.co or use Contact Support. Include your order reference and the product you would like refunded so we can identify the purchase. You do not need to prove a technical fault.

We will confirm the request and arrange the refund through the original payment route. For orders sold through Western Bid, we coordinate the refund with Western Bid where required. Your payment provider controls when the refund appears in your account.

After a refund

Stop using the refunded tools and remove your copies. Finished artwork lawfully created before the refund may be kept and used under the license that applied when it was created.

After the first 7 days

Our existing 14-calendar-day voluntary refund review remains available. See Refund & Digital Cancellation for those terms. Purchases from other sellers follow their refund process.

Your rights remain unchanged

This guarantee is additional to mandatory consumer rights. It does not limit remedies for faulty, missing or misdescribed digital content, or any statutory withdrawal right. See our Terms of Service and License.
