Terms of service

These terms cover purchases from voidscreen.co and use of our website and digital delivery services. Read them together with the product description and the license you select before placing an order.

1. About VoidScreen

VoidScreen creates digital brushes, textures and other tools for drawing, illustration and visual experiments.

This website is operated by Valerii Vidinov under the VoidScreen brand. Contact location: Bali, Indonesia. Email: support@voidscreen.co.

2. Products and compatibility

Our products are downloadable digital files. No physical item is shipped. Each product page describes what is included, the supported creative applications and any version or device requirements. The creative software and hardware needed to use the files are not included.

Check the application and license options before buying. Files for one application are not automatically compatible with another, and purchasing a package for one application does not include packages for other applications unless your selection expressly includes them. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about compatibility.

3. Orders and payment

For purchases made through the Western Bid platform, Western Bid, Inc. acts as the merchant of record. Your payment statement may show WESTERN BID. VoidScreen handles product questions, digital delivery, licensing and customer support.

Review your selected products, applications, licenses, quantities, currency and total at checkout. Provide accurate contact and billing information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. The available payment methods and charges for your order are shown at checkout.

Prices and offers may change for future orders. A later price change does not change the price of a completed purchase. If a material pricing or product-description error affects an order, we will explain the issue and arrange an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund, subject to your applicable rights.

4. Your account and downloads

Sign in with the account you want to use for your purchases. Once an eligible paid order is processed, its downloads appear in My Collection. Return there to download your purchases again. Keep your account details and protected download links private.

If a purchase is missing, check that you are using the email address associated with the order, then contact support with the order reference. You do not need to buy the product again to report an access problem. Installation help is available in our Install Guide.

For purchases from a marketplace, use the access instructions supplied with that purchase. See Digital Delivery for the available routes. The transaction itself is subject to the relevant seller's terms and your statutory rights.

5. Your license

You purchase permission to use the tools under the selected license; ownership of the tool files and their intellectual property is not transferred. Our License page explains the Personal and Commercial options and forms part of the terms of your purchase.

Personal covers personal, non-commercial finished work by one user. Commercial allows one user to create commercial finished work. Neither permits sharing, transferring, reselling or redistributing the purchased tools or making their source files available to others. Buying our tools does not give us ownership of the original artwork you create with them.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You may request a voluntary refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Requests are reviewed individually and approved or declined at VoidScreen’s reasonable discretion. Downloading the files does not by itself prevent us from considering a request.

Once a purchase is refunded, you must stop using the refunded tools. Finished work lawfully created before the refund may be kept and used under the license that applied when it was created.

The 14-day window and our discretion apply only to voluntary refunds. They do not limit mandatory rights if digital content is faulty, not supplied or does not match its description, or any statutory withdrawal right. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory withdrawal right that does not require one. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for immediate digital delivery depends on the consent, acknowledgement and other conditions required by applicable law; accepting these terms alone is not a waiver.

7. Using the site responsibly

Do not use the site or products unlawfully, distribute malware, bypass access controls, obtain another customer's files or account information, or disrupt the store or download service. Do not use stolen payment information or misrepresent a purchase.

We may take proportionate steps to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised access or a material breach of these terms. If access is restricted in error, contact us so we can review it. These measures do not remove any remedy you are entitled to by law.

8. Privacy and other services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify provides our store platform. Creative applications and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices; a link or compatibility listing does not make their services part of your VoidScreen purchase.

9. Availability and changes to products

Product descriptions explain what is included when you buy. Additional products, packages for other applications or future features are included only where expressly stated or required by law. This does not limit any update or other obligation that applies to your purchase by law.

The site and download service may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance or technical problems. Keep a personal backup of your downloaded files. If you cannot access a purchase, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Your rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

For a complaint or dispute, contact us with the relevant order details and the resolution you are seeking. Contacting support does not prevent you from exercising rights through a competent court or other authority available under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Changes apply going forward. The terms and product description in effect when you place an order continue to govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.

12. Disclaimer

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.
