  1. Buy paid tools.

    Choose a set, bundle, or add-on. Discounts do not reduce the Pixels you earn.

  2. Collect Pixels.

    Every $1 of the regular USD price earns 100 Pixels after your order is processed.

  3. Unlock free sets.

    Reach a milestone and its reward appears in My Collection. Downloading it does not spend your Pixels.

Where are my Pixels and free sets?

Sign in to My Collection with the account used for your purchase. Your balance and available rewards are shown there.

What counts towards Pixels?

Paid tools, bundles, and add-ons earn 100 Pixels per $1 of their regular USD price. Taxes, free tools, and reward downloads do not earn Pixels.

Do I spend Pixels to get a reward?

No. A free set unlocks automatically when you reach its milestone. Your Pixels keep counting towards the next reward.

What if I return or cancel an order?

Pixels from refunded or cancelled items are removed from your balance. Contact support if your balance does not look right.
